Ellen Kördel-Heinemann joins the company.

- Karl, Bernd and Ellen Kördel take over their father's company by founding a limited company.
- Expansion of the range of services: Realisation of long-distance freight transport. Previously, the company's services mainly included mineral oil transport, timber transport, construction site operations and bulk goods transport.

Heike Kördel-Klipp joins the company.

Takeover of petrol station delivery transports in northern Hesse and southern Lower Saxony.

- Foundation of TransFor - a group of 5 medium-sized, experienced mineral oil transport companies with headquarters in Guxhagen.

Opening of the new Kördel training centre in Guxhagen.

2000

At the turn of the millennium, the economic situation and the order situation stabilised well, so that the company can look to the future with confidence. There is a good level of employment. The management of Kördel GmbH will master the future with attention and innovative ideas.

2001

- Sons Kai Kördel and Timo Kördel join the company after successfully completing their vocational training.
- Expansion of domestic German transports to neighbouring countries.
- More and more transports of all kinds are carried out to various European countries.

Offspring Kerstin Kördel and Sven Kördel get on board after successfully completing their vocational training.

Opening of a branch in Poland.

Since 01.01.2006 Kördel Renault Service Provider in North Hesse, new construction / extension of the business and workshop property in Guxhagen, move into the newly constructed office and workshop building.

Daughter Anna Heinemann joins the company after successfully completing her BA in Business Administration.

Sven Kördel is appointed Managing Director as the first representative of the 3rd generation.

- Takeover of the Kühlborn Nutzfahrzeuge property, expansion of the possibilities at the Guxhagen site.

Award for Freight Forwarder of the Year in Germany, Austria and Switzerland by the mineral oil company SHELL.

- 03.04.2019: Kördel loads the 500,000th tonne at the refinery in Hamburg-Harburg.
